Returns and Exchanges
We believe in serving you with the same care and integrity that inspires our mission here at Belifted. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Before starting the return/exchange process please read our policy below very carefully.
● Our policy lasts 30 days after delivery. After 30 days passed from the time your package was delivered unfortunately we can no longer offer a refund/exchange
● Please return the item in the condition it was sent. Please include the packing slip with your order number
● All items must be unworn and unwashed. They may be tried on for fit and feel
● Items must be returned in original packaging
●Items with stains will NOT be accepted
●Items that smell like smoke, cologne, perfume, or deoderant will NOT be accepted
●Final sale or clearance items are NOT eligible for return or exchange
It may take up to 10 business days to process your return. If the return is approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
● We do not cover return shipping costs unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect
Exchanges
If you need to exchange your item, please return it per our refund policy above and include exchange instructions/order number with the return. We do not offer exchanges on out of stock items. We will issue a store credit for your return if the item is out of stock.
If something isn't right
If you recieved a damaged or incorrect item, please let us know right away at email with your order number and a photo - we'll make it right as soon as possible
